You can reset your account name to help other users identify you easily.
- Sign in to Record Manager.
- At the top right, select the Account icon > My Account.
- Select ‘My Account’’ from the drop-down menu to the top right of your screen.
- On the My Account pop-up, select Edit and enter your new account name.

- Select Save to save your new account name.
- Select Close.
