Download your Safeguarding Training certificate

This article is for all Record Manager users.

You can view or save a copy of your Safeguarding Training certificate when you successfully complete the assessment. Record Manager stores both successful and unsuccessful results.

To download your certificate:

  1. Sign in to Record Manager. 
  2. Go to Training > My Training > Results. Your training results appear on the My Training Results pane on the right.
  3. Select View Certificate. Certificates are only available for courses you have passed. 
  4. Select Download.
  5. Save the certificate in your preferred drive or folder.
