This article is for all Record Manager users.
You can view or save a copy of your Safeguarding Training certificate when you successfully complete the assessment. Record Manager stores both successful and unsuccessful results.
To download your certificate:
- Sign in to Record Manager at https://app.safeguard.software/dashboard.asp.
- Go to Training > My Training > Results. Your training results will appear on the My Training Results pane on the right.
- Certificates are only available for courses you have passed. Select View Certificate.
- Select Download.
- Save the certificate in your preferred drive or folder.
