Not receiving the password reset email

If you request a password reset but haven’t received the email, wait a few seconds, then refresh your browser or restart your email application.

If you still haven’t received the password reset email, try the following:

  1. Reset your password from this webpage: portal.smoothwall.cloud/safeguarding/record-manager. Don’t use a search engine to search for the Record Manager login page.

    Tip

    Bookmark portal.smoothwall.cloud/safeguarding/record-manager to access the Record Manager login page easily.

  2. Reset your password using your Record Manager registration email. 
  3. Check if the email is in your Spam folder and mark it as “Not spam”.

    Tip

    If you use Outlook, add noreply@smoothwall.com to the Safe Senders list to ensure future Record Manager emails are not marked as spam.

  4. Ask your school’s IT Administrator if a web or email filter is blocking Record Manager emails.

    Your school IT should allow the domain “qoriaapis.cloud” through your school’s filter or firewall to ensure future emails are not blocked.
