Behaviour Incidents section in Record Manager Reports

You can check the Behaviour Incidents section of your Record Manager reports to see a breakdown of all records made in your chosen date range. You can change the date range to check for trends over time and help inform decisions regarding handling behaviour at your school.

You’ll see the following sections with data from the date range you choose:

Section Description
Total incidents raised The total number of incidents raised.
Students with one or more incidents The number of students at your school with one or more incidents recorded.
Incidents with Physical Intervention The total number of incident records where reporters selected the Physical Intervention checkbox.
Incidents with Early Help Assessment Needed The total number of incident records where reporters selected the Early Help Assessment Needed checkbox.
Incidents Over Time

A graph showing the amount of incidents raised during your selected date range.

If the date range is less than 30 days, it will show changes day-to-day. If the date range is more than 30 days, it will show month-to-month.

Tip

Hover over a point on the graph to see the date, record type, and total records created that day at your school.

Incidents by Ethnicity A graph showing the ethnicity of students (active or archived) at your school with at least one incident recorded.
Incidents by Gender A graph showing the gender of students (active or archived) at your school with at least one incident recorded.
Incidents by Category

A table showing the category (or categories) of each incident recorded. It is arranged by the number of records in each category and shows how many students are affected.

Tip

Records involving multiple students are counted as one incident. You can use the 'how many students affected' number to see whether students have many incidents in a particular category or vice versa.
