You can check the Referrals section of your Record Manager reports to see a breakdown of all records made in your chosen date range. You can change the date range to check for trends in the types of records from which Referrals are made.
You’ll see the following sections with data from the date range you choose:

| Total Referrals | The total number of Referrals made and whether they are In Progress or Closed. |
| Referrals from Safeguarding Concerns | The total number of Referrals made from Safeguarding Concerns. |
| Referrals from Behaviour Incidents | The total number of Referrals made from Behaviour Incidents. |
| Referrals By Type | A table showing the category (or categories) of Referrals made. It is arranged by the number of Referrals in each category and shows whether they originated from Safeguarding Concerns or Behaviour Incidents. |
