You can check the Safeguarding Concerns section of your Record Manager reports to see a breakdown of all records made in your chosen date range. You can change the date range to check for trends over time and help inform decisions regarding safeguarding students at your school.
You’ll see the following sections with data from the date range you choose:

| Students with one or more concerns | The number of students at your school with one or more concerns recorded. |
| Concerns with Child Protection / Serious Safeguarding Concern | The total number of concern records where reporters selected the Child Protection Services/Serious Safeguarding Concern checkbox. |
| Concerns with Physical Intervention | The total number of concern records where reporters selected the Physical Intervention checkbox. |
| Concerns with Early Help Assessment Needed | The total number of concern records where reporters selected the Early Help Assessment Needed checkbox. |
| Concerns Over Time |
A graph showing the number of concerns raised during your selected date range. If the date range is less than 30 days, it will show changes daily. If the date range is more than 30 days, it will show month-to-month. Tip Hover over a point on the graph to see the date, record type, and total records created that day at your school. |
| Concerns by Ethnicity | A graph showing the ethnicity of students (active or archived) at your school with at least one concern recorded. |
| Concerns by Gender | A graph showing the gender of students (active or archived) at your school with at least one concern recorded. |
| Concerns by Category | A table showing the category (or categories) of each concern recorded. It arranges the categories by the number of records and shows how many students are affected. Tip Record Manager counts records involving multiple students as one concern. You can use the 'how many students affected' number to see whether students have many concerns in a particular category or vice versa. |
