Download your school's documents

This article is for all Record Manager users.

Record Manager’s Documents page gives you access to documents that are relevant to your Safeguarding roles and responsibilities. These documents can include regulations, policies, illustrations, procedures and forms, some of which your school may require you to read.

Download documents

You must download documents to read them.

  1. In Record Manager, select Documents on the left navigation menu.
  2. Find the document.
  3. Select Download on the Actions column.
  4. Save the document in your preferred location.

Find or sort documents

You can find documents by:

  1. Changing the number of documents on display.
  2. Sorting the list of documents by Document Name, Must be Read, or Status.
  3. Using Search.

Read required documents

Documents with YES on the Must be Read column are required. When you download a copy of the document, its status changes from UNREAD to READ.

Record Manager only checks if you’ve downloaded a required document, but not if you've read its contents. Your school may still ask you to confirm that you’ve read a required document through digital signatures or acknowledgment prompts.
