Important

Your school is responsible for ensuring that staff members adhere to their safeguarding roles and responsibilities and follow privacy and data protection policies and regulations.

Change the attendance alert threshold

Record Manager alerts certain DSLs and Staff when student attendance dips below the percentage set by your school for the academic year. As attendance data is synced with Wonde during the year, attendance rates may trigger alerts for the Safeguarding team.

To adjust the threshold to suit your school’s requirements:

  1. In Record Manager, select the Account icon at the top-right of the screen.
  2. Under Attendance Alerts, enter the school’s threshold for sending attendance alerts.
  3. Select Save.

Create a custom student tag

You can add one custom tag which you can assign to students.

  1. In Record Manager, select the Account icon at the top-right of the screen.
  2. Select Software Settings.
  3. Under Custom Student Tag, enter the custom tag.
  4. Select Save.
