Sign in to Record Manager

This article describes the different methods of signing in to Record Manager.

Signing in for the first time

Record Manager will notify you by email when your Record Manager account is created. Open your welcome email and select the sign-in option that applies to you.

Option 1: Sign in using Office 365 or Google SSO

Select either option if you sign in to your school account using Microsoft or Google SSO.

  1. On the Record Manager sign-in page, select Continue with Microsoft or Continue with Google.
  2. You’ll be taken to the Microsoft or Google sign-in page. Enter your school email and password and follow the sign-in prompts.

    Tip

    If you’re already signed in, select your account.

  3. You’ll be taken back to Record Manager. Select Record Manager or any menu items on the left to start using the system.

Option 2: Create Password

Select this option to sign in to your account with your school email and password. This method is for schools that do not use either Microsoft or Google SSO.

  1. On the sign-in page, enter your preferred password.

    Tip

    To ensure your password is strong, combine at least eight (8) upper and lower-case letters, numbers and special characters. Refer to the password indicator that appears as you type your new password.

  2. Re-enter your password and select Save.
  3. The screen will navigate back to the Record Manager sign-in page. Enter your school email and new password, then select Sign In.

    Note

    If your school has turned on 2FA, you need to set it up. See Using 2FA to sign in for the steps.

Subsequent sign-ins

Use the method you selected when you signed in to Record Manager for the first time.

  • Sign in with email and password: Select this option if you used email and password when you signed in for the first time. This is the preferred option if your school does not use Single Sign-On (SSO).

    Tip

    If you forgot your password, you can reset it by selecting Forgot your password?. See Reset your password.

  • Continue with Google: Select this option to sign in using Google.
  • Continue with Microsoft: Select this option to sign in using Microsoft.
