Record Manager Reporting gives you a quick overview of the records made in your selected date range. You can use this feature to check the general details of records made during a specific time and export the data as a Report.
Reporting Sections
There are three sections on the Reporting Page:
Exported Report
You can export a report to a CSV file for a more detailed view of the records.
The Exported Report will have the following headings, which you can use to sort your report:
- Record Id - The ID number of the record in Record Manager.
- Record Type - Whether the record is a Concern, Incident or Referral.
- Incident Date - The date when the record occurred.
- Title - The title of the record.
- Status - The current status of the record (as of the date you exported the report).
- Category - The category or categories of the record. See Record Manager categories.
- Created By - The person who reported the record.
- Created Date - The date the record was created.
- Student details:
- UPN - The student’s Unique Pupil Number (UPN).
- Name - The student’s name.
- Tags - Any tags associated with the particular student.
- Gender - The student’s gender.
