This article is for all Record Manager users.
Record Manager provides different ways to locate records for review, updates, closure, referrals, or removal requests. You can find student records via the Dashboard or Student Search.
Find a record from the Dashboard
The Dashboard shows the most recent records and opens to the Safeguarding Concerns tab by default. You can also open the other tabs (Behaviour Incidents, General Notes and Assigned to Me).
To find a record on the Dashboard, you can:

- Find the record using any of the following options:
- Date Picker to limit your search by time period.
- Search by typing in the student’s name, a keyword, or a key phrase.
- Filter to show the records by assignment, status, or important information.
