The Student Chronology shows a timeline of records created for the student. You can access the Chronology in the student’s profile page. Select a tab below to view the Chronology features and functionalities based on your user role.

DSLs must give Staff users access to Behaviour Incidents so they can open student profile Pages and access their Chronologies.

Select Report Concern, Report Incident or Add General Note at the top of the student’s Profile Page. Note Staff users can log Concerns and Notes, but they can only view Behaviour Incident records. |
| Update records | Open the record and select Add Update. |

Find the student or select their name from the Dashboard. Staff users can only view Behaviour Incidents in student Chronologies and not Safeguarding Concerns or General Notes. |
